For three days this May we are inviting senior leaders to join us in a journey of exploration. This is an investigative retreat for leaders ready to explore within themselves areas that are often overlooked in today’s corporate environment.Participants will identify their core beliefs and values, both personal and business.
They will be challenged to look at these and identify what events in their history have contributed to their formation. Group and one on one discussions, with the course facilitators and other participants, will awaken the awareness of these beliefs and values in the context of being an ‘enlightened’ leader.
