Come learn the vocal tools of great actors, speakers or leaders.
What is their secret? They speak more boldly, clearly, and passionately than the average person. They all have confidence and skill in vocal self-expression. They project their voices well and articulate clearly.
This session will include specific exercises to improve your vocal effectiveness and expressiveness as a speaker: Learn the 5 vocal dynamics and the 3 keys to vocal projection as well as tips for clearly articulating your speech to make sure you are heard. You'll also get tips on how to keep your voice healthy and resilient, so you can stay in top speaking shape. Each participant will have the opportunity to speak in front of the group as they receive coaching in polishing these new skills.
The format of the evening will include general group vocal-warm-up tips, specific exercise and technique instruction, interactive speaking exercises as well as individual speaking practice.
With a professional background in acting, commercials, and voice coaching in the United States and New Zealand, Sally Mabelle is well equipped to assist you in taking your speaking to the next level. Sally also holds a Masters of Education degree as well as a Bachelor of Arts with honors from The University of Virginia.
