The 'Voice of Leadership' is clear, confident, and connected physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.

I've spent 30+ years developing the ‘Voice of Leadership’ method of developing presence, influence, and creative confidence.  Combining my professional background in Communication, Education, Psychology, Mindfulness, and Acting, I now promote the essential leadership skills of voice projection, emotional connection, courage, and presence to help leaders step up to make a powerful contribution to their teams and organisations. 

I was born and raised in the US and began my professional career with work in project management, customer service, sales, and facilitation for software and leadership development companies. I then took a leap to follow my creative passion as a professional actor, singer, and personal and professional development teacher. Always passionate about learning and growing, I received my B.A. with honours at the University of Virginia, a Masters degree in Education, at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, ordination as an interfaith celebrant and certification as a leader of the Dances of Universal Peace. I also completed many acting, dance, and voice courses with various teachers in the US, the UK, and India.  In the past 10 years, I have been focusing more specifically on expanding my heart-breath-presence presence through mindfulness practices which have deepened my ability to support others.

I am a dual citizen of the USA and New Zealand and am currently based in Kinloch, Taupo, Waikato, Aotearoa New Zealand.

Inspirational Speaker

In 2011, Sally was awarded the "Inspirational Speaker of the Year" title by the National Speakers' Association of New Zealand. (renamed the Professional Speakers Association of New Zealand - PSANZ). This recognition was instrumental in inspiring her to write her book in 2017 and to continue to develop her mentoring practice, supporting others to expand their own ‘voice of leadership’.
